Introduction

Tiktok has changed the way people are entertained and created new job

opportunities and career paths for many. Creators can post short videos to gain a large number of followers and attention, so this has made Tiktok a major source of income  and career option for some. Many creators are able to work from home and enjoy

flexible working hours, increasing autonomy and flexibility in their work, but also creating challenges of self-management of time and time planning.

Thesis

TikTok creates better job opportunities for people, but the work environment and job benefits are not protected.It's a huge challenge for people just entering TikTok.

Key Argument 1 ：Redefined job security and employment benefits.

Topic Sentence:Digital media platforms have lowered production costs by

outsourcing work more widely to freelancers and smaller companies, a model that

employs workers not as a traditional wage salary but as part of the cost of a full-time employee.

Evidence:Every day, the media is made to publish content such as advertisements,  many articles and some other keywords to attract viewers and get them to participate  together, and many companies publish articles on their websites so that people can go online and check them out.(Nicole S. Analysis:By outsourcing labor and media companies can avoid union payroll

demands, which reduces expenses for full-time employees. This also allows the

company to produce a large amount of content at the lowest possible cost. However, it also results in lower wages for workers, allowing productivity to affect the overall

quality of work.

Topic Sentence:The transformation of the journalism profession into a digital

outsourcing industry has led to precarious labor conditions and weakened benefits for journalists.

Evidence:Journatic pays low wages to American freelancers and even lower wages to foreign workers, a testament to the weakening of the economy in the outsourcing    model. So when there are authors who write articles, they are paid very little for each one, have no job security or benefits, and aren't surprised when much of the

paying these workers far less than normal wages. Such working conditions hinder the

long-term career development of journalists and reduce the quality of their creative and investigative work.

designers, with freelancing having lower job security compared to full-time work, as their jobs are usually temporary.

Conclusion

Tiktok has allowed many people to become full-time or part-time creators, giving

them careers as photographers, music producers, anchors, and other professions where they have the flexibility to work with their own time.
