Active participation in class discussions online which means listening to others, asking questions, and seeking helpful answersis expected.  Your initial post is due on Tuesday and then two additional posts in response to your peers are due by Thursday.

Annotated Bibliographies and Reflections:

You will have two different types of assignments:

An Annotated Bibliography: Using the provided questions, you will read, analyze, and reflect upon a primary scientific research article.

A Material Reflection: Weekly reflections will be given with specific prompts to evaluate the ability to synthesize material and apply concepts to your daily life.

Scientific Project:

The main goal of this project is to apply principles of the scientific method to a self-experiment based on one of the dimensions of wellness of your choosing.
